What types of therapy do you offer?
We offer a range of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapies, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Psychodynamic Therapy.
What issues do you address?
We address a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, relationship issues, life transitions, and stress management.
What is the cost of therapy?
For self-pay clients, our fee for individual therapy sessions is $80 per hour. We also accept a number of insurance plans. Please see the “Insurance” page for a list of accepted providers.
What are your hours of operation?
Our hours are Monday – Friday from 10am to 5pm. Sessions are by appointment only. Please contact us to schedule an appointment.
How do I schedule an appointment?

What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that unexpected events may arise. However, to best serve all clients, a fee of $30 may be applied for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time or for missed appointments.
Is therapy confidential?
Yes, all therapy sessions are confidential with the following exceptions:
- If you are a danger to yourself or others.
- If a child is being abused or neglected.
- If there is a court order requiring disclosure of information.
What if I don't feel like the therapist is a good fit for me?
It’s important to feel comfortable with your therapist. If you don’t feel like you’re connecting with your therapist, we encourage you to discuss this with them. We can also help you find a therapist who is a better match for your needs.
What can I expect during my first session?
Your first session will typically involve an intake interview where you will have the opportunity to share your concerns and discuss your treatment goals. This is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have about therapy.
Do you offer online therapy?
Yes, we do. Telehealth services allow us to reach clients who may have scheduling constraints or prefer the convenience of virtual appointments.
